OMNI Aviation and Jocson College formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to jointly offer a new baccalaureate program tentatively titled "Bachelor of Science in Aviation Major in Flying" on March 16, 2026, in Clark, Pampanga.

Under the agreement, Jocson College will exclusively administer the academic and foundational Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT) curriculum during the first and second years of the program. OMNI Aviation, meanwhile, will exclusively conduct the 200-hour flight training program—including the Private Pilot License (PPL), Commercial Pilot License (CPL), and Instrument Rating (IR) modules—during the third and fourth years.
Through this partnership, the four-year program aims to provide students with both a CHED-recognized bachelor's degree and a CAAP-issued Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating, equipping graduates with strong academic foundation and professional flight competencies.
By offering a structured learning environment combined with hands-on flight training, students will be given the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-world aviation settings.
The signing ceremony was attended by OMNI Aviation President, Mr. Roberto A. Umali; Vice Presidents, Capt. Eleazar Cayago and Ms. Lilibeth Ramos-Mangulabnan; Head of Corporate Systems Training, Ms. Jinky Dimacali; Marketing and Cabin Crew Training Head, Mr. Mikhail Josef Siy-hian; and Mr. Eric Batac, Sales Supervisor.

Representing Jocson College were Executive Vice President, Ms. Ma. Felisa Jocson; Executive Director, Dr. Rosan Olalia; OIC-Dean of the Institute of Aviation, Mr. Reynaldo Binasahan; Head of Training and Program Chairperson for BS AMT, Institute of Aviation, Mr. Erwin Avenido; and Safety Manager, Mr. Elmer Vargas.
This partnership integrates academic education and professional flight training, preparing future aviators with the knowledge, skills, and competencies aligned with the evolving demands of the aviation industry.
OMNI Aviation extends its sincere appreciation to Jocson College for its trust and collaboration and looks forward to a productive partnership in advancing aviation education.
