OMNI Aviation formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Isabela State University–Cabagan Campus on February 10, 2026, at the OMNI Aviation Complex.

Through this partnership, students of Isabela State University–Cabagan Campus enrolled in the Tourism Management program will be provided with internship opportunities under OMNI Aviation's Cabin Crew Training School, allowing them to gain valuable hands-on experience in an aviation training environment.

The ceremonial signing was attended by Ms. Lilibeth Ramos-Mangulabnan, Vice President of OMNI Aviation, and Mr. Mikhail Josef Siy-hian, Marketing and Cabin Crew Training Head. Representing Isabela State University–Cabagan Campus were Ms. Marisol C. Bareno, MSHM, Chair of the Tourism Program; Ms. Kathleen Mae G. Lopez, OJT Coordinator; and Ms. Celeste Wong-Gaane, President of Lakbay Travel.

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of OMNI Aviation and Isabela State University–Cabagan Campus to support students through relevant training and practical industry exposure. By equipping students with essential skills and knowledge, the partnership aims to contribute to their professional growth and prepare them for future careers in aviation and tourism industries.
