OMNI Aviation’s academic networks welcomed another addition as the University of Assumption (UA) signed a Memorandum of Agreement with OMNI on February 10, 2023, in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The partnership aimed to train UA’s Hospitality and Tourism Management students through OMNI's aviation internship program.
Present at the MOA signing were representatives of OMNI Aviation, namely Ms. Lilibeth Ramos-Mangulabnan, Head of Business Development Group, and Mr. Mikhail Josef Siy-hian, Marketing Head, as well as Rev. Fr. Joselito C. Henson, UA’s University President; Mr. Ruben Lingat, Dean of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management; and Ms. Alia Amor Uy, Program Chair.
OMNI Aviation offers training programs that are convertible to 300–800 OJT (On-the-Job Training) hours, in accordance with the number of hours required under the students’ OJT curriculum. With this agreement, the University will deploy 26 students to undergo on-site training at the OMNI Aviation Complex.
This MOA signing marks a meaningful connection between these two esteemed institutions.
